This SuperCampus Service Usage Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Shanghai Yuxuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Yuxuan") prior to your use of the software developed by Shanghai Yuxuan.
1. Important Notes
Users shall carefully read (minors shall read this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians) and fully understand all clauses herein. Unless the User accepts this Agreement, they must immediately cease all use of the Service.
User login shall be deemed as full acceptance of all terms and conditions hereunder.
User accounts are uniformly managed by administrators of schools or institutions. Student and teacher accounts are assigned by such administrators, and no individual registration service is provided.
Administrators shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of account information and bear responsibility for account security. Users shall properly keep their account numbers and passwords to prevent disclosure. In case of account or password being stolen, the User shall bear legal liability for all activities and events conducted through such account.
2. Service Content
The specific content of SuperCampus services is provided by Shanghai Yuxuan based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to all in-app functions such as SuperCampus interactive courses, unit organization, personal learning data, and learning goal setting.
Users acknowledge that Shanghai Yuxuan solely provides software-related services. All equipment required for using such services (e.g., mobile phones, personal computers, and other devices for accessing the internet or mobile networks) and related fees (e.g., telecommunications fees, internet access fees, and mobile data fees for network access) shall be borne by the User.
Users agree that Shanghai Yuxuan may use User information obtained through the Service, including but not limited to for learning functions, enabling other SuperCampus users to view the User’s personal data such as avatar and name.
3. User Usage Rules
After successful login, Users are entitled to use SuperCampus functions to communicate and share with other users, including commenting on questions, sharing learning achievements, and other content of interest to the User.
Users are entitled to use the personal homepage provided by SuperCampus, upload photos, and edit personal information.
When using SuperCampus, Users must comply with relevant national laws, administrative regulations, and rules. Content must not contain any of the following:
Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
Damaging national honor or interests;
Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
Violating national religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or inciting crime;
Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon others’ legal rights;
Content that is false, harmful, threatening, invasive of others’ privacy, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable;
Content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or any other legally binding norms;
Content deemed by Shanghai Yuxuan to be detrimental to the operation of SuperCampus.
Users must clearly understand the usage rules: SuperCampus is solely for non-commercial purposes, including personal communication and learning. Users shall not use the Service to sell information or performances, conduct surveys, advertise, or engage in other commercial activities.
Users guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of all information posted or disseminated through SuperCampus, and shall not publish rumors or other factually inaccurate content that may cause discomfort to others.
Users guarantee that no information posted or disseminated through SuperCampus shall infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If a User engages in any of the acts specified in Items 3-6 above, the User shall bear all legal liability for such violations or infringements. If such acts cause losses to Shanghai Yuxuan, Shanghai Yuxuan shall have the right to claim damages against the responsible User. Additionally, Shanghai Yuxuan is entitled to terminate services to Users who violate laws, infringe upon others’ rights, or breach this Agreement. If government authorities or judicial organs request Shanghai Yuxuan to disclose specific information of Users engaging in infringing acts, Shanghai Yuxuan shall have the right to disclose such User information pursuant to current laws and regulations.
Users agree that Shanghai Yuxuan may place various commercial advertisements or any type of commercial information through various means in the course of providing services, and consent to receiving product promotions or other relevant commercial information from Shanghai Yuxuan via email or other methods.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
When sharing personal works or adapting others’ works through SuperCampus, Users shall not infringe upon the copyrights of third parties.
The copyright of original information contained in the content shared by Users through SuperCampus shall belong to the User. The User’s act of sharing constitutes a license for network dissemination, authorizing other Users to copy and disseminate the aforesaid information.
5. Modification, Interruption, or Termination of Services
In view of the particularity of the services, Users agree that Shanghai Yuxuan shall have the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services at any time. If the modified, interrupted, or terminated services are free of charge, Shanghai Yuxuan is not required to notify Users and shall not bear any liability to any User or third party.
Users acknowledge that Shanghai Yuxuan may need to conduct regular or irregular maintenance or inspections of service platforms and related equipment. If such circumstances cause interruptions to paid services within a reasonable time, Shanghai Yuxuan shall not bear any liability therefor, but shall make prior announcements as far as possible.
Shanghai Yuxuan shall have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to the User at any time under any of the following circumstances:
The User provides false personal information;
The User violates the usage rules stipulated in this Agreement;
SuperCampus becomes inoperable due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Where a User infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of any third party, Shanghai Yuxuan shall have the right to recover the User’s account.
The right to interpret this Agreement shall vest in Shanghai Yuxuan.
